Okay, that statement alone can mean so much, eh?
Gotcha nervous or anything?
It's not anything drastic . . . well, except for maybe Cori Dahmen, who doesn't want me to do this. lol
I'm making the move to Blogger.
It's true.
I decided I wanted to be free, literally, in the world of finance, so I want a blog that I don't have to pay for. And to top it off, Blogger now has some really cool new templates to work with, so I've been having fun with that (works best with the most recent version of your browser). Part of my whole "learn something new" shtick.
Now, a couple of coincidences.
Today is the second anniversary of my blog. TWO YEARS I've been doing this! I can't believe it! I took a brief glance at what I wrote back then. Love that I've kept track of life this way. And now I'm going to do it freely.
Also, the one thing that bothered me about Blogger was that there were no real-time stats. I love that about Typepad. You can see everything immediately. A definite drawback for me about Blogger. So I thought perhaps I'd see if there was something other than Google Analytics that would have real-time stats and you know what Blogger just announced today? They're adding real-time stats! It's coming soon, so I'm excited.
So the moral of the story is, all the stars have finally aligned . . . it's time to move it over. (Sorry Cori.) Go check it out here and become a follower: http://kerribradford.blogspot.com.
I've got some more fun things up my sleeve too, so keep your eye out!
I don't blame you, I too have been toying with this decision.
